Snake Creek Grill, one of the wonderful restaurants spotlighted in More! From the Restaurants of Park City – A Mountain Town’s Cookbook TWO. Located in Heber City’s Heber Old Town, Snake Creek Grill provided the perfect atmosphere for an amazing dining celebration.

Excellent meals all around but the table favorite was the Scottish Loch Duart cedar plank roasted salmon. The caesar salad, an excellent choice. The night’s fish special, Sea Bass, was a winner as well. The freshly-baked strawberry rhubarb pie was the perfect birthday dessert, as was the ginger snap ice cream sandwich, served with warm caramel dipping sauce.

The service was wonderful, and our table even received a special visit from Snake Creek Grill’s owner and executive chef Dean Hottle. The amiable staff and the visit from the chef certainly made the evening memorable.

If you have not yet had the opportunity to eat at Snake Creek Grill, we highly recommend it. Great food, quality service, and tasty food makes this restaurant a local favorite in Park City.
