PC Pub works with both traditional offset printers domestically and overseas as well as small run print on demand (POD) suppliers.

Traditional printing usually involves offset or web printing where offset printing is very cost efficient from about 3,000 copies and up and web printing cost efficient from about 50,000 copies and up. Higher resolution print quality is possible with offset printing and there are screen and color options to improve image quality even further. Both offset and web printing will require press proofs printed on offset proof presses.

Print on demand (POD) uses digital printing to print small quantities quickly and economically up to about 300 copies. Offset printing offers significant savings but print runs are much higher usually starting at about 3,000 copies and print turn around will be in the order of months and not days. With digital printing you will see an actual sample of the printed book before multiple copies are made. Accurate color proofing for offset printing can be expensive.
